1. Overview
Bulk Designer ("we", "our", or "us") operates as an Adobe Express add-on designed to automate bulk layout variations and carousels. This privacy document outlines how we interact with, fetch, and process your files when you use our services.
2. Cloud Storage & Integrations
Bulk Designer integrates with external file providers to allow users to retrieve spreadsheet and image resources directly from their cloud libraries:
- Google Drive & Google Sheets
- Microsoft OneDrive
- Dropbox
- Box
Stateless Operation: All files downloaded from your cloud drives are fetched directly inside your browser container. We act strictly as a secure client-side bridge. None of your spreadsheets, images, CSV cells, or filenames are ever stored or cached on our backend databases or logs.
Access Tokens: When you authorize a cloud storage provider, the authorization tokens are saved securely on your local device (within your browser's local sandbox storage) to sign your requests. They are never sent to or saved on our servers.
3. Data We Collect
The only personal information we collect and store consists of:
- Email Address & Username: Collected securely through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) when you purchase or register a premium license key.
- License Verification Data: We store details relating to active subscriptions (license keys, tier level, and expiration dates) to authorize feature access.
4. Cookies & Browser Storage
We use standard local storage (`localStorage` and `sessionStorage`) to persist your interface configuration preferences (e.g. current tab select state, developer toggles, and local cache). We do not run any ad-tracking cookies.
5. Security
All communications with our endpoints and cloud storage providers are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (HTTPS) encryption. Since no user data files are stored on our servers, there is no centralized database of user spreadsheet or image content at risk of exposure.
