Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the Bulk Designer add-on or visiting our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the add-on.
2. Description of Service
Bulk Designer provides design automation tools (including spreadsheet data merging with in-app editing, dynamic page numbering, bulk image importing, AI carousels, multi-size matrices, and studio Visual AI enhancements) for Adobe Express. The service operates locally in your web browser utilizing secure client-side API integrations.
3. User Account and Data Responsibilities
Since all document processing and layout assembly occurs locally inside your browser sandbox, you retain full ownership and responsibility for the data files (CSV, Excel sheets, and design images) you use with the add-on. Bulk Designer claims no ownership over your inputs or generated designs.
4. Plans, Seats and Payments
Bulk Designer is offered on two plans. The Free plan covers standard bulk create, importing from CSV, Excel, TSV and Google Sheets, Google Drive and Unsplash as image sources, and the page numbers and image-to-pages tools. No payment is required and no card is held.
The Teams plan adds multi-size campaigns, the Visual AI tools, the Dropbox, OneDrive and Box connectors, shared workspaces and the encrypted key vault. It is $55 per month billed monthly, or $45 per month billed annually at $540 per year. Three seats are included; additional seats are $15 per seat per month. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.
Your own AI provider keys
The AI features run on API keys that you supply and hold with your own provider. Bulk Designer does not resell, meter or include AI processing credits with a paid plan, and your provider bills you directly at their rates for what you use. We are not responsible for provider charges, provider outages, or changes a provider makes to its pricing or terms. Keys stored in the workspace vault are encrypted; you may remove them at any time.
Trials
Trial access is granted by passcode after a request, at our discretion, and includes a limited allocation of AI credits funded by us so the AI features can be evaluated before you set up your own keys. Trials are limited in number and duration, may be declined, and may be withdrawn if the allocation is exhausted or if the access is misused. A trial is not a purchase and creates no obligation to continue it.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as merchant of record and whose own terms govern the transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically for the term you selected until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain paid features until the end of the period already paid for; we do not pro-rate part periods. Refunds are handled under the terms shown at the time of purchase.
When a paid plan ends, the add-on returns to the Free plan. Designs you have already generated are ordinary Adobe Express pages and remain yours and unaffected. Paid-only capabilities stop being available, and shared workspace seats beyond the free allowance are released.
We may change plan pricing, and will give notice before a change applies to an existing subscription's next renewal.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the add-on to generate materials that violate Adobe Express Community Guidelines, intellectual property rights, or local laws. You may not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the functionality of the add-on backend APIs.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the add-on will be completely free of errors, or that integration endpoints will be uninterrupted due to third-party SDK updates.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bulk Designer or Edgi be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, document revisions, or revenue) arising out of the use or inability to use this add-on.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our operations, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
